Bollards!!!

Just to prove that nothing goes to waste here at Seaview House, take a look at our new bollards.

In order to protect our new(ish) disabled ramp from parked cars, we recycled two buckets of cement that had gone hard after a downpour.

After a little gentle persuasion, we managed to tease out the cement from its bucket, we then repainted the blocks red and white for high visibility.

Of course the process has not gone unnoticed. A few residents have made various comments such as, ‘Can I get my haircut here’  and ‘When are the elephants arriving’. The world of comedy is a very competitive one, please don’t give up your day jobs folks!!!
